    Responsibilities

    • Properly distribute team members to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage of work area
    • Identify training needs for team and coordinate with Training and Development
    • Monitor for proper staffing levels
    • Act as back-up dispatcher
    • Assist Shift Manager in Converting Area
    • Responsible for E-80 issues
    • Insure work are is safe and promote work safety by example
    • Lead team safety meetingResponsible for shift changeover ensuring all is ready for the next crew
    • Responsible for team's compliance with all shift requirements such as JDE entries, Maintenance/comment log, storeroom and parts requisitions
    • Must communicate downtime or other issues during shift to management

    Qualifications

    Must be an Elwood employee who is not on a written warning or LCA

    Must be a level 4 or above and able to cover any position in distribution

    Good communication skills

    Demonstrated compliance with company policies and procedures

    Exhibits a positive, professional demeanor

    Basic troubleshooting skills

    Knowledge of JDE

    Demonstrated leadership skills
