The Paper Machine Business Unit Leader will effectively lead, mentor, supervise, coach and develop hourly employees and a salaried process engineer to improve capability and performance. Manages operations for three paper machines, stock preparations, boiler house, and waste water treatment plant.
Required education and related experience:
Skills and Abilities (technical/professional skills, expertise and qualifications):
Intermediate knowledge and application of MS Office programs
Strong organizational skills required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including continuous Improvement tools and concepts.
Self-directed and energetic, able to inspire and motivate others.
Knowledge of industry, machinery, equipment and processes.
Knowledge of process control systems and ERP systems; JD Edwards is desired
