Develop and assist in directing territory sales team to meet established sales and profitability objectives set by management. Timely and accurate administrative reporting and territory management is required. Enhances territory sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes and mentoring team members. At all times the individual must act in a highly ethical and professional manner.
