The Business Alignment Technical Analyst’s role is to assist in planning, developing, launching, and managing basic information technology and operational systems in support of core organizational functions and business operations. This individual will apply good communication, basic analytical and problem solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of Technology investments. The individual will work with other members of the team to ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.
Escalation point from network and server technology teams to provide local support of changes, incidents and requests as necessary, that can’t be handled remotely
Provide physical maintenance on equipment as required
Participate in virtual project teams for all projects to which assigned
Assist in planning and design of technology implementations
Ensure technical documentation exists for the support of all technologies in use in the facilities for which responsible
Maintain facility plans that indicate locations of all technologies within the facilities
