The Human Resource Manager in Clearwater Paper’s Consumer Products Business Unit (CP) is a member of the broader Human Resources department reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources Consumer Products Division; directly supporting a tissue producing/converting facility in Las Vegas, NV. The HRM leads a team of 1 supporting a 269 person organization generating approx. $239M in revenue. As a strategic business partner to the Mill Manager and a member of the Mill Leadership Team; this position will collaborate to deliver Clearwater Paper’s strategic and operational objectives. A Leader and Doer role, the HRM is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of human capital management within the business ranging from Talent Management and Development to Employee and Labor Relations Management to Compensation and Benefits. As part of the broader HR department, this role will also collaborate across the function contributing to and influencing priorities in executing our Human Resources Framework, enabling the business to deliver on operational and strategic business objectives.
