Clearwater Paper manufactures quality consumer tissue, away-from-home tissue, parent roll tissue, bleached paperboard and pulp at manufacturing facilities across the nation. Responsibilities

Inventory Control/Accountability

  • Receive incoming goods (inventory and non-inventory items). Label and store inventory items in appropriate stocking locations.
  • Prepare outbound shipments of parts to include documents and carrier contact.
  • Maintain accurate records of all storeroom inventories by doing various transactions in computerized system.
  • Perform periodic physical inventory counts of storeroom parts, including annual cycle counts.
  • Research parts needed stocked parts rebuilds. Track items sent out for external repair.
  • Kit parts for maintenance work packages.

Office Support

 

  • Provide assistance to suppliers regarding purchase, delivery and pick-up of storeroom items.
  • Resolve shipping errors and late deliveries with suppliers.
  • Assist internal customers with parts information and retrieval.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the storeroom and storage areas.
  • File storeroom paperwork.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Basic Maintenance skills/knowledge required
  • 2+ years experience in an industrial storeroom setting and invenory management required
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs.  JD Edwards/Oracle or similar MRP Program Preferred
  • Ability to work with diverse internal customer group.
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
