Overview

This position works in direct support of our Manchester Industries Customer Service Team, ensuring that we are adaptable and responsive to customer needs and that orders are processed to specifications and expectations.  This is a high-energy, quick response team.  Join us as a Customer Service Representative Intern and learn more about the paperboard converting industry, while gaining pertinent work experience.  

Responsibilities

 

Key Accountabilities & Activities:          

  • Proofread and Process Orders in ERP System 
    • High degree of detail orientation and accuracy required
    • Ability to perform and understand basic mathematical calculations
  • Assist with answering phones and relays messages
  • Process or assemble product sample requests
  • Filing and the ability to following document retention guidelines          

 

Part-Time Position:

  • $15.00 per hour
  • 15-20 hours per week; based on demand
  • With flexibility between the following Shift Hours: 2:30pm – 6:30 pm Mon-Thurs
  • Possibility for full shift on Friday 9:30 am – 6pm  

Qualifications

Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Professional disposition
  • Good listening, organizational, and demonstrate flexibility with several work tasks
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
