Responsibilities

Clearwater Paper Corporation is accepting applications to create a hiring pool for future entry-level positions at its Consumer Products and Pulp & Paperboard facilities.  Candidates for this manufacturing labor pool must be responsible, reliable and safety conscious individuals.  Preference will be given to those with manufacturing or similar production experience. Entry level wage is $16.07 per hour, increasing to $21.23 per hour after succesfully completing the 90 day probationary period.

All future job offers will be contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical, which includes measuring strength capabilities, physical endurance and agility.  Prospective employees must also pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Clearwater Paper Corporation offers an excellent benefits package upon successful completion of the 90 day probationary period. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, pension, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits all begin on the 91st day of employment. Benefits are available to the employee and their dependents.

The hiring process is lengthy and includes online computer testing, interviews, tour of the facility, and informational meetings. Those candidates initially selected to continue in the hiring process will be contacted via email and sent video links of our facility as well as instructions on how to schedule the online computer tests. Those that successfully complete the online testing, will then be invited to an informational meeting and interview. The entire process usually takes approximately 2 months to complete.

NOTE:  Applications must be submitted online and the pre-screening questions must be completed. Due to the large volume of applicants all contact will be made via email.  Position closes on Monday, September 25th.
